The Filipino Ministry of Galveston-Houston (FMC) is part of the Ethnic Ministries of the Archdiocese.  This ministry is headed by Rev. Fr. Edmund P. Eduarte, who is the vicar for all Filipinos.  He is also the Pastor of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Houston.

FMC, in coordination with Filipino priests, deacons and local parish leaders, promotes
various Catholic Filipino Celebrations such as Simbang Gabi, Salubong,
Sto. Niño, San Lorenzo Feast Day, San Pedro and Calungsod Feast Day.
